Homemade Mashed Potatoes
- 3 russet potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- white pepper powder
- a pinch of salt
Method for Mashed Potato
- Mix all the ingredients together with the mashed potatoes.
- Shape into a ball
Gravy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 1 1/2 cup or 1 cup of water
Method for Gravy Sauce
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Then, pour in the water in the saucepan.
- Add in the chicken stock and let it dissolve in the water.
- Add the dark soya sauce, sugar, black pepper powder and let it boil.
- Lastly, add in the corn flour and boil until it thickens.
- Strain the gravy sauce before serve.
